SCIENCE IN THE CITY 2025
The theme for the 2025 Science in the City Festival is “Past Forward”—a celebration of how history, science, and the arts intersect to shape our present and guide our future. Rather than being stuck in the past, this theme embraces nostalgia as a powerful tool for reflection, creativity, and positive change. By drawing on past innovations, cultural milestones, and personal memories, “Past Forward” encourages us to learn from what came before in order to build a more sustainable, inclusive, and imaginative future through science, research, and artistic expression.
Logistics Assistant
Science in the City is on the lookout for a Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team and help bring the 2025 Festival to life! You’ll work closely with the Logistics Manager, supporting both behind-the-scenes planning and on-the-ground coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
If you’re organised, proactive, and thrive on keeping things in order, this could be the perfect fit. You’ll take on a mix of office duties and hands-on tasks, with plenty of space to show initiative and lead. You’ll report to the Logistics Manager and collaborate with the Festival core team.
