From Valletta to the Stars: Astronomy at Science in the City

For Science in the City, the Astronomical Society of Malta will be taking visitors on a voyage from the solar system to the stars. We will begin with a look at the planets available shortly after sunset and then if the light pollution is not too severe, we will move to the far reaches of our galaxy and the wider Universe.
This event will consist of using exciting new innovations in telescope technology to bring never before seen views of the cosmos right to Valletta for everyone to enjoy!
