In a world striving to find a balance between development and sustainability, Plant-E is proposing a unique approach of harnessing the energy of plants. Unlike wind and solar energy, dependent on weather conditions, Plant-E’s approach is completely independent and without interruption.

Through the use of case studies where the technology has been used successfully, or not as successfully and the reasons why, participants will have an opportunity to speak with the scientists and explore its possible future adaptation to the Maltese context.

This lecture is targeted at Academics and stakeholders with the aim of understanding the principles behind Plant-e technology and discuss the possibilities and applications within the Maltese context.
