The Online Flatbread Workshop explored the cultural significance of flatbread and the science behind food preservation. Led by Prof. Vasilis Valdramis from the University of Athens in collaboration with the University of Malta, the session examined how traditional recipes and food products can be preserved safely while extending their shelf life. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the connections between culture and food science and engage in discussions on preservation techniques and food safety.
